My Philosophy

The most beautiful and fascinating thing about this profession is finding the right surgical strategy for each patient. What motivates the surgeon to choose one technique instead of another?  From the correct diagnosis arises the correct operation for each patient. This comes from total concentration while examining the patient. I like to sit with him and observe, touch, examine the tissues. When I am doing this, my brain is activated generating a mixture of accumulated knowledge, experience and creativity that lead me to the development of the surgical strategy, which is unique for each patient. During surgery, precise markings and execution are the pillars for success. Concentration throughout the procedure is total, without distractions, except for some quiet music that accompanies in harmony the perfect moment that I live when I am realizing with real passion a surgery that I like.
